Whether the name is a weighty political statement or simply the result of some off-color command from a drunk friend, this Nashville band caught my attention as I was looking through William Tyler's record label (he's also a member of this band). I've yet to find a copy of the album.
From the band's bio on MySpace:
"Hands Off Cuba make electronic music. They have just released (February 2010) a new full length LP called "From Arrival to Survival" on band member William Tyler's Sebastian Speaks label. The album will be released digitally on Tuesday, March 16, 2010."
