Listen: Sera Cahoone, "Deer Creek Canyon"

Check out the title track from Seattle based multi-instrumentalist Sera Cahoone's upcoming album, "Deer Creek Canyon." The album is due out September 25th via Sub Pop, so be sure to support her by pre-ordering a copy. Cahoone grew up in Littleton, CO and started playing drums at an early age. She eventually moved to Seattle and worked with acts like Carissa's Wierd Band of Horses, and Patrick Park. She's also collaborated with the likes of Son Volt, Sea Wolf, Fruit Bats, and Ben Gibbard, but Cahoon's solo work truly showcases her beautiful voice and sometimes somber tunes. Enjoy.
